Shipping Information

How can i track my order?

A tracking number will be provided for all domestic orders ( within the USA ). We will send you an email within 1-2 business days. If you don't receive this email, please contact us at: support@churchofmerch.com. To track the progress of all orders, please visit DHL or USPS.

Will i have to pay any duties on top of my order?

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Depending on your order size and where you are globally prices will vary. Please place your order, and at the checkout you will see your shipping options.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.

When will my order arrive?

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygienic reasons, there are no returns or exchanges. We apologize for this inconvenience.

If an order you placed has not been shipped out, feel free to email us if you need to cancel.

If a refund is in order, Bagatiba will be responsible.
